Upcoming premiere: New work for saxophone quartet

Trygve Madsen is currently completing a new work for saxophone quartet, commissioned by the Jean Ledieu Saxophone Quartet. The premiere is scheduled for spring 2026 in Paris.

Madsen has a long and fruitful collaboration with French saxophonists, dating back to the recordings of Sonatas, Marmalades & Faxes in 1997 and The Saxophones & I in 2003.
