Terje Winge recorded this programme of Norwegian organ music in Ålesund Church in April 2015. Madsen’s five-movement Le Tombeau de Dupré is paired with works by Kjell Mørk Karlsen and Kjell Flem. The 2L booklet places Madsen’s contribution in the tradition of the French organ symphony, while stressing the three composers’ close knowledge of their instrument. [1] [2]

Release information. Released in May 2016, following sessions in April 2015. The SACD and Blu-ray editions contain the same eleven-track programme.
